These are much easier to move on your own, and allow you to keep them lighter. Also focus on the weight of each box so they are easier to pick up. A common mistake is filling a small box with a bunch of books, just because they fit. After adding a few items, pick up a corner of the box to test its eight. When it starts to feel a bit heavy, switch to lighter items to add to the box, such as clothing or pillows. Every box doesn't need to be filled to the top; it's okay to leave it half-full then move on to a new box.
